1. License Grant & Ownership

When you purchase a Pexer Founding License, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software. "Pay once, own forever" means there are no recurring subscriptions. You may install and use the license key on all personal and work computers you personally own and operate.

2. Updates & Future Releases

Founding License owners are entitled to all version 1.x releases, bug fixes, and security patches at no additional charge.

3. Free Alpha Builds

Alpha releases are provided free of charge for testing and development. Alpha builds are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

4. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

If Pexer does not meet your expectations or does not run smoothly on your hardware, we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support via Discord or email your Polar order confirmation.
